LPN-RN Admission Requirements
The LPN to RN program is designed for students who have already hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. These students will enter the traditional Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AASN) program during the third eight-week term, where they will complete the remaining coursework required for RN licensure.
The AASN program is a full-time, hybrid program that combines both online and in-person learning experiences. The program prepares students to become registered nurses through a rigorous curriculum that includes classroom instruction, clinical practice and laboratory training.
Students typically participate in classes, clinicals, or labs 3 to 4 days per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
