SCHS SNA Chapter Participates in Two Events

Bon Secours Southside College of Health Sciences SNA Chapter has been very busy holding two events recently. Their “Take Steps” event on Sunday, June 26 raised awareness and provided financial support for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Six SCHS students volunteered at the event providing resources for patients and families struggling with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). This family-oriented event brought together community members to form walking teams for fundraising and motivation. In addition, three SCHS-SNA Chapter volunteers held The Rock Blood Drive at The Rock Church in Petersburg on June 30. This blood drive was held in support of the American Red Cross.
