Grand Opening of SCHS's State-of-the-Art Clinical Simulation and Learning Center

On June 12, 2024, Southside College of Health Sciences celebrated the grand opening of the state-of-the-art Clinical Simulation and Learning Center. This significant event marked the culmination of months of dedicated work from many individuals.

The ribbon-cutting and blessing ceremony was attended by numerous dignitaries and esteemed college donors, including the First Lady of Virginia, Suzanne Youngkin. This new facility represents a transformative addition for our nursing students, offering invaluable hands-on experience and advanced training opportunities.

Guests were treated to exclusive tours of the center, highlighting the incredible resources and innovative technology now available to our students. We are thrilled for our students to utilize this new facility as they continue their journey toward excellence in health care.
